About The Position

This role requires a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with a strong background in system administration, development, and technical documentation. The position involves managing a ServiceNow instance, troubleshooting system issues, and mentoring junior team members. A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is required, along with specific IT certifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
  • Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
  • Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
  • Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ten (10) years experience as SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II (CCNA – SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.
  • Java development experience.
  • Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., Administrator, Developer).
