About The Position

Ondaro is seeking a results-driven ServiceNow Account Executive II - Federal to expand its footprint across Federal Civilian agencies. As a leader in the ServiceNow space, Ondaro is revolutionizing how federal organizations deliver mission-critical services. The role involves selling professional services across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, Cybersecurity, HR, PPM, and Application Modernization, to federal clients. As an Account Executive II at Ondaro, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding impact across key verticals within the US Federal Government. You will drive sales of Ondaro's ServiceNow-aligned services, build and execute strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies. The role requires identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with new and existing clients, engaging in prospecting activities, aligning Ondaro's offerings with client roadmaps, and managing the entire sales lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise/professional services sales, ideally with a focus on digital transformation or platform services to the US Federal Government.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, workflows, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication, proposal development, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise IT and business drivers.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven track record selling in the ServiceNow ecosystem or with a ServiceNow partner (preferred).
  • Background as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer transitioning into a sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Ondaro's ServiceNow-aligned services, including Enterprise IT, HR, Customer Workflows, and Application Modernization to the US Federal Government.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans for ServiceNow opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal ServiceNow consultants, engineers, and marketing to craft compelling go-to-market approaches.
  • Identify, qualify, and close deals with net new and existing clients through a combination of inside and field sales.
  • Engage in prospecting activities calls, emails, events, and networking to fill your pipeline.
  • Align Ondaro’s offerings with clients’ ServiceNow roadmaps and transformation goals.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving recurring revenue.
