About The Position

Performs preventive maintenance tasks on all Company-owned vehicles and equipment. Performs minor repairs, tire work, vehicles cleaning and parts pick-up as needed. This position is the highest of a multi-step progression and a person in this position is expected to know all aspects of serviceman garage duties for the company. Lower steps in classification are expected to progress into all aspects of these duties.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of one year of commercial service experience including performing preventive maintenance work, minor vehicle repairs and truck tire work on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles and construction equipment.
Requires a valid Class A Commercial driver’s license.
Other combinations of education/experience may be considered.
Successful completion of a drug test, background check and motor vehicle records review.
May be subject to pre-employment drug and/or alcohol testing as well as other testing and training requirements as mandated by federal law.
