About The Position
Service Writer for a Commercial Trailer Shop Interstate Utility Trailer, a full-service commercial semi-trailer dealership, has an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales person for our Franklin OH service center.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong Computer skills
- Good written and oral communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Strong listening skills as they relate to workload, time management, and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment
- Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Strong mechanic background
- Mechanical aptitude
- Self Motivated
- Must be able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience in truck and trailer repair is a plus
- Experience writing commercial estimates
Responsibilities
- Meet and interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
- Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers.
- Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.
- Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances.
- Serve as a customer relationship manager.
- Providing written estimates of equipment damages and replacement parts requirements to affect repairs to damaged commercial trailers and associated equipment.
- Communicating with customers on repair progress
- Reviewing and closing equipment work orders.
- Reviewing and prioritizing equipment repair write-ups.
