About The Position
American Road Group is seeking a Service Writer at Hall of Fame Harley-Davidson in Cuyahoga Falls, OH! Act as a liaison between Harley-Davidson customer and service technician, documenting concerns and service needs, scheduling work, assigning jobs to service technicians, and communicating with customers. This role offers a fun, high-energy dealership environment and the opportunity to be part of a brand, culture, and lifestyle.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly personality with superior communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Experience with POS systems and parts and management computer software.
- General knowledge of computers and great phone etiquette.
- Current motorcycle license.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge or experience of servicing Harley-Davidson Motorcycles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Assist Service Department Manager in maintaining a smooth-running efficient department.
- Sell products and services based on additional work needed and service specials.
- Articulate and document customer concerns and assign jobs to technicians.
- Follow through customer work orders from start to finish, from scheduling appointments and reviewing completed work orders with customers.
- All other duties as assigned.
