Service Writer
About The Position
Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Service Writer. This role involves scheduling return service units, filing transportation sheets and related paperwork, maintaining communication between Forest River and dealers/customers on return units, and coordinating appointments, product purchases, and invoices with the service department. Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast-paced. We are looking for dedicated individuals with experience in the Industry as well as other Manufacturing Processes.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to dealer network
Nice To Haves
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV industry
