Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and mindset.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc) preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience in material handling or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate, timely repair estimates.
  • Maintain well-organized estimate documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers to obtain repair approval.
  • Ensure clear and detailed communication with both customers and vendors.
  • Follow up on all estimates to verify accuracy and ensure prompt completion.
  • Generate accurate repair estimates for customers.
  • Provide accurate estimates within expected timeframes to customers by communicating with internal teams.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Accurately enter data across multiple software systems.
  • Monitor and record all estimates—approved, lost, denied, and accepted/invoiced.
  • Generate reports as needed.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Additional job duties as assigned.
