About The Position

Clarke is seeking a Customer Support Representative, also known as a Service Writer, to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced service writer representative looking to apply their skills in a company that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Requirements

• 2+ years of Service Writer or Diesel Technician experience required
• Strong technician background is a must
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to create professional relationships with customers and technicians
• Ability to stay self-motivated
• Driver's License is required
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
• Ability to read and write reports

Nice To Haves

• Previous Parts experience is a HUGE plus
• ASE certifications strongly encouraged
• CDL is a Plus

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management with a retail focus
• Customer intake on the service side
• Perform billing and invoicing duties
• Solicit the sale of new or additional services
• Utilize a computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs, processing service invoices, and handling warranty claims
• Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and via computer
• Handle and resolve service-related concerns
• Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
