About The Position

Jiffy Lube Multicare is hiring full-time and part-time Service Writers, also called Customer Service Directors (CSDs), for its Melissa, Texas location. The successful candidate confers with guests to determine and suggest needed diagnostic and mechanical services for their vehicles. They must help ensure work is performed safely and efficiently while delivering an outstanding guest-service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment. Strong selling skills, an outgoing personality, and a current, valid driver's license are required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
