This position will be based out of our Vernon Head Office, BC branch, providing service support for Vernon, BC, Winnipeg, MB, and the Metso division across Western Canada.

- Diligently keeps open lines of communication with both the service and parts department when it comes to work orders and billing
- Keeps customers informed and leverages insights to identify business opportunities and strategies
- Comfortable with learning new software
- Ability to communicate with technicians and customers regarding parts and service
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Service Departments with customer service needs
- Opening and closing work orders
- Providing administrative support to the service departments including clocking time, warranty, operational flow and billing
- Keeping open lines of communication with both the service and parts department when it comes to work orders and billing
- Keeping customers informed and leveraging insights to identify business opportunities and strategies
