This position will be based out of our Vernon Head Office, BC branch, providing service support for Vernon, BC, Winnipeg, MB, and the Metso division across Western Canada.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Service Departments with customer service needs
Opening and closing work orders
Providing administrative support to the service departments including clocking time, warranty, operational flow and billing
Keeping open lines of communication with both the service and parts department when it comes to work orders and billing
Keeping customers informed and leveraging insights to identify business opportunities and strategies
