Responsible for the maintenance and care of city streets, alleys, right of ways, stormwater utilities, and city-owned buildings. This role requires the ability to act on behalf of the superintendent in their absence, drive large trucks and equipment like backhoes, and understand FDOT requirements for traffic, right of way, and road/sidewalk maintenance, repair, and construction. The position also involves operating general lawn equipment and working under the direction of superintendents and the Public Works Director.
