Requirements

Basic communication, problem-solving skills and mathematical skills using American units of measure.
High school diploma or the equivalent and authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
All applicants must have a current and valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must be insurable.
Prior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in the Dealership’s normal screening process which includes: completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean client vehicles after service by using our automatic car wash, vacuum the vehicle, brush prep the front and rear of the vehicle and then run the vehicle through.
Wipe down drip marks from the mirrors, door handles, as well as the rear glass.
Be observant and avoid washing vehicles with safety concerns and/or when washing could worsen existing damage ie. windshield damage or exposed wiring.
Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience.
Make every effort to ensure high Manufacturer customer satisfaction survey scores.
Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
