About The Position

Service Runner at Ryan Auto Mall. Ryan Auto Mall, a leader in automotive services, is excited to announce a vacancy for a full-time Service Runner. This position is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our service departments and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Based out of our local dealership, this is a dynamic role best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment. Please note; this is not a remote job; presence on-site is required to effectively meet the demands of the role.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to be trained in automotive service operations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and competently.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition to manage manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Further certification in automotive services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash cars to maintain cleanliness and presentability to customers.
• Keep the service drive area free of clutter and debris to ensure a safe and professional environment.
• Promptly pick up and deliver parts as required, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
• Shuttle customers to work or home as part of our commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop to uphold our standards of operation.
• Scrub floors regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Assist with taking out the garbage, ensuring that all workspaces are tidy and sanitary.
