About The Position
This role offers a variety of responsibilities, primarily focused on creating short videos for customers that highlight vehicle conditions, both issues needing attention and items functioning well. The position also involves assisting with basic customer service and document scanning. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a strong team mentality, contributing to a customer-first approach and an excellent work environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, and Spanish (bilingual)
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Work with techs to create video demonstrations for customers regarding their vehicles.
- Identify and communicate any concerns or issues found during the vehicle inspection.
- Assist with basic customer service tasks.
- Scan and organize important documents.
