About The Position
Peter Boulware Lexus is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Valet to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing a seamless and positive experience for our customers by efficiently handling vehicle movement and ensuring their vehicles are well cared for during service appointments.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle vehicles with care.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a valet or in a similar customer service role preferred.
Responsibilities
- Transport customer vehicles to and from the service department and designated parking areas safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of vehicles while in your care.
- Assist customers by greeting them promptly and offering professional and courteous service at all times.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely vehicle service and pickup.
- Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures related to vehicle movement and customer interaction.
