The Service Valet is a guest-facing, hands-on role at the center of the experience at Land Rover San Francisco, an iconic luxury automotive destination. This role serves as a natural path into a service writing career. Requirements

• No prior automotive experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable navigating San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.
• Professional, polished, and composed with guests.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right.
• Able to remain on your feet and stay active throughout your shift.
• A hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off guest vehicles at their home, office, or other locations, representing Land Rover San Francisco professionally.
• Shuttle guests to and from the dealership, providing a warm, courteous experience.
• Wash and prepare vehicles to dealership presentation standards.
• Move and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and service bays safely and efficiently.
• Assist service advisors with vehicle coordination, staging, and delivery logistics.
• Greet guests on the service drive with a professional, composed presence.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and common areas.
• Support the service team with general tasks.
