About The Position

BMW North Scottsdale, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for Valets to join their team. This role, also known as Porters or Lot Attendants, supports the dealership by moving vehicles as needed and ensuring the showroom and display lots are neat and orderly. The position offers an immediate hiring opportunity and a chance to gain experience and learn the inner workings of an automotive dealership with state-of-the-art facilities. Requirements

• Able to safely drive vehicles both automatic and manual transmission
• Good communication skills
• Good customer services skills
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedure
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Ability to interact well with others
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Works well in a team environment
• Able to work well with a diverse group of people
• Valid driver's license
• have a good driving record

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• six months or more of related experience and/or training
• equivalent combination of education and experience
