Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist customers in locating parking spots
- Drive customer vehicles to the appropriate service area
- Retrieve customer vehicles after service completion
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to facilitate smooth customer experiences
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
