In this role, the Service Valet will support the daily operations of the service department by managing vehicle flow, assisting customers, and maintaining organization throughout the service areas. Requirements

Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is a plus
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred

Responsibilities

Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
Assist with vehicle flow as service tickets are generated, ensuring organization and efficiency
Maintain service vehicles, including checking gas, oil, water, and tire conditions
Provide customer courtesy washes as requested
Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
Support service advisors and technicians with day-to-day operational needs
Deliver friendly, professional interactions with customers at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service team
