About The Position

At Plunkett's, Service Technicians provide pest control services and help customers feel safe and comfortable. The technician manages a defined route, inspects homes and businesses, treats common pests, and builds customer relationships. The role offers flexible scheduling and independent field work, supported by a team, training, and licensing assistance. Training pay is $20–$22 per hour, with uncapped sales incentives. Technicians use a company-provided tablet, vehicle, and gas card to service their routes. The position includes physical work in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Eager to learn; training and licensing support are provided.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
• Undergo a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record check after receiving an employment offer.
