Blossman Gas & Appliance is hiring a Gas Service Technician or Apprentice for its growing location in Powhatan, Virginia. The level offered depends on the applicant’s prior propane or mechanical experience. The role is based locally and offers a career path with an established company in a stable industry. Service Technicians install propane tanks for residential and commercial customers and install, service, and maintain gas comfort equipment, including water heaters, dryers, ranges and stoves, fireplaces, and generators. Apprentices learn alongside a seasoned Senior or Master Technician. The position offers professional growth and meaningful daily work. It requires customer service skills, occasional on-call duty, participation as a contributing team member, and a strong commitment to safety in accordance with company policy. Pay is competitive and hourly, with the rate depending on prior experience. Responsibilities
