About The Position

Anaheim Hyundai is hiring a Class A Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid systems. The technician will complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Hyundai standards, help develop other technicians, and meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining a safe work environment. The role requires staying current with Hyundai technology, certifications, and training requirements. This is a flat-rate position paying $38–$42 per hour, with eligibility for short- and/or long-term incentives, including production-based bonuses. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Schedules are 7 a.m.–4 p.m., 8 a.m.–5 p.m., or 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; the set schedule is to be determined.

Requirements

At least 3 years of automotive dealership experience.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise.
Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to use dealership computer systems.
Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting quality and time expectations.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Hyundai or Kia brands.
