About The Position

Porsche Downtown LA is hiring a full-time Service Technician to complete maintenance services and diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles according to manufacturer standards. The role requires communicating repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Technicians have access to Porsche factory training, technical resources, certification opportunities, modern diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer-specific tools. This is a flat-rate position paying $18.42–$52.70, with eligibility for short- and/or long-term incentives, including production productivity bonuses. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location; final compensation is established during the interview process. High school graduation or equivalent and age 18 or older are required. The workplace is drug-free, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence and an acceptable driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Familiarity with Porsche dealership operations is preferred.
• ASE certifications are an advantage.
