About The Position

This Entry Level role offers no prior experience requirement, as comprehensive training will be provided. Successful applicants will need a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Competitive pay starts at $20 to $23 per hour along with a range of benefits such as a company vehicle, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Must obtain license within 90 days of being hire. Technicians, reporting to a Service Manager or Field Supervisor, provide essential pest control services. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the U.S., have a clean DMV report, and pass a physical, drug screening, and background check. A structural pest control license must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Technicians bridge our company and clients through outstanding customer service. They travel to appointments, assess pest issues, and implement specialized treatment plans. Technicians recommend actions to prevent future problems, building long-term relationships with customers while protecting their homes and businesses.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Availability for at least 40 hours a week, including some weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Obtain a pest control license within 90 days of hire
Must be at least 18 years old
Pass a physical, drug screening, and background check

Responsibilities

Deliver extraordinary customer service
Respond to customer’s needs in a professional and timely manner
Perform physical labor and using a variety of tools/equipment
Establish effective working relationships with customers and co-workers
Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers in the office, verbally and in writing, as needed
Read, understand, and follow labels and SDS forms for hazardous chemicals used during service
Work independently and maintaining your route
Drive a company vehicle safely to customer’s homes and businesses
Use a handheld device to manage services and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues
Follow all proper safety guidelines
Inspect, maintain, and utilize PPE (personal protective equipment)
Maintain working order and cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
Remain up to date on the company’s product and service offerings
Perform other duties as assigned
