Requirements
- Valid Driver's license with clear driving record
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Safe, courteous, cautious and defensive driver
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work overtime and a flexible schedule including on-call duty alternating weekends
- Ability to bend, twist, reach overhead, work in tight spaces, lifting/pulling/carrying up to 80lbs
- Mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude (i.e. mechanically inclined or "handy")
- Independent and motivated self-starter
Responsibilities
- Maintain all equipment that is property of Cooper-Booth in the field and in the warehouse
- Repair and troubleshoot issues with CBW equipment such as coffee brewers, cappuccino machines, slush machines, etc.
- Interact with customers on a daily basis: establishing rapport and developing relationships through "On-Brand" customer service
- Safely drive company vehicles to various customer locations throughout PA, MD, DE, VA, WV, and NJ
- Thoroughly and neatly complete paperwork for each service call
- Present and sell CBW programs and services in conjunction with each service call
- Assume accountability for all saleable and unsaleable product(s) and merchandise within the service van
