About The Position
Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high‑energy, reliable, customer‑focused team players to join their team as a Service Technician. This role offers a chance to build a long‑term career with no prior automotive experience required, as comprehensive training is provided. The Service Technician helps customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles by performing maintenance, inspections, and customer service. Team members are fully cross‑trained in various automotive services.

- Comfortable in enclosed or semi‑outdoor workspaces
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Any level of automotive experience
- Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred)
- State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
- Customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
- Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
- Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
- Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
- Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
- Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
- Participate in on‑site and online training
- Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
- Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
- Perform other assigned duties
