Requirements

2+ years of experience as a technician in a franchised Audi or VW dealership
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-focused mindset
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Audi vehicles according to manufacturer standards
Perform complex repairs using factory tools and equipment, including ODIS diagnostic systems
Collaborate with service advisors and parts department to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction standards
Stay current with Audi training and certifications
