Requirements

Factory training and/or certification with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram preferred
Prior experience as an automotive technician required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while supporting a team-focused service department
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications
Experience with warranty repairs and manufacturer repair processes
Familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment and service software

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle concerns accurately using factory-approved tools and procedures
Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
Complete routine services, inspections, warranty repairs, and recalls with attention to detail
Document all work performed clearly and accurately on repair orders
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with service advisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Participate in ongoing factory training to stay current on technology and repair methods
