About The Position

At Greenhow, our pest control technicians work one-on-one with customers at their homes and businesses, diagnosing issues and providing effective, professional solutions. You'll work independently in your own service area-but with the full support of a skilled team, strong training program, and proven systems behind you. As a Pest Control Service Technician, no two days are the same. Every property is different, and every customer challenge requires problem-solving and good communication. We provide thorough training, quality equipment, and proven materials-you use your skills and judgment to deliver results our customers truly appreciate. This is a hands-on, active role. You'll work outdoors and occasionally in basements and attics. If you like variety, challenges, and being trusted to manage your own day, you'll feel right at home here.

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience (retail, food service, or other face-to-face roles are great backgrounds)
• Comfortable talking with all types of customers
• A clean driving record
• Dependable, self-motivated, and open to feedback
• Take pride in your work and enjoy solving problems
