About The Position

Joshua Tree Experts, the Lehigh Valley's premier tree care, lawn care, and pest control service provider, is searching for the best candidate to join our customer sales team! As a Client Service Representative, you will communicate with clients via phone and email, providing support and resolving issues. Our priority is to make our clients' home environments safe, healthy, and beautiful. This role offers a positive and supportive leadership team, with no overnight or weekend work required, aiming for a better work/life balance.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills including active listening
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize
• Able to remain professional and courteous in stressful situations
• Proficient use of technology and ability to learn new software
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week in Easton, PA office

Responsibilities

• Maintain client account for accurate and detailed information
• Collect and enter services for new and existing clients
• Communicate with clients to answer any questions or resolve any issues
• Advise operational members in Tree Care, Lawn Care, and Pest Control of changes in services or necessary client information
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with our clients
