About The Position

Joshua Tree Experts, the Lehigh Valley's premier tree care, lawn care, and pest control service provider, is searching for the best candidate to join our customer sales team! As a Client Service Representative, you would enjoy a positive and supportive leadership team who is ready to help you succeed! We strive to provide a BETTER customer service experience for all of our clients. Customer Service Representatives, at Joshua Tree, communicate with clients on the phone and through email. They are able to provide support to our clients and help resolve any issues. Our clients love us because we love what we do! Our priority to clients is to make their home environments safe, healthy, and beautiful.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills including active listening
Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize
Able to remain professional and courteous in stressful situations
Proficient use of technology and ability to learn new software
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to work 40 hours per week in Easton, PA office.

Responsibilities

Maintain client account for accurate and detailed information
Collect and enter services for new and existing clients
Communicate with clients to answer any questions or resolve any issues
Advise operational members in Tree Care, Lawn Care, and Pest Control of changes in services or necessary client information
Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with our clients
