Service Technician Silver
About The Position
The Service Repair Technician will repair various types of power equipment, such as chain saws, mowers, string trimmers, etc. Restocks merchandise displays, and fronts merchandise to keep displays clean, neat and attractive. The Service Repair Technician will need to possess excellent customer service skills and be willing to assist customers with various needs such as pumping propane, offering to carry large merchandise items to customers’ cars, etc., and do so safely. Team player - willing to assist in any way needed. A commitment to our company's mission of Helpfulness and Service. Must be available to work evenings and weekends when needed and extended hours during peak times. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience with power equipment/small engine repair.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for details.
- Willing to learn.
- A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.
- Availability must be flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
