About The Position
Silver Springs is a Luxury Senior Living community located in Green Valley, AZ, offering independent and assisted living. As an accredited SRG community, it is committed to providing the highest quality of care and service to its residents through a team of professional and dedicated staff who assist residents with personalized health and wellness programs. The server role is part of a fun, team-oriented environment, serving food to residents and guests in a Fine Dining in-house restaurant. This restaurant features crisp linen tablecloths, fine china, and top-quality fresh ingredients, offering made-to-order dining with ever-evolving seasonal and regional menus, including signature dishes and daily specials. The position does not involve late nights, allowing for a balanced life.
Requirements
- Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Maintain required food handlers certifications
Responsibilities
- Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
- Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
