About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide excellent guest service to buffet dining patrons to include food and drink service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to: Accept and fill drink orders from guests, replenish drinks, as necessary. Order alcoholic beverages from the bar and serve as guests request. Clean, organize, and replenish/restock condiments. Clear, clean, organize table settings, as necessary. Maintain clean and organized service stations. Perform host, cashier, busser duties, as needed. Perform other tasks, as directed. QualificationsOPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERNSHIPS, APPRENTICESHIPS, AND COORDINATED WORK STUDY PROGRAMS MAY BE AVAILABLE IN LIEU OF FORMAL EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION FOR ENROLLED MEMBERS OF THE YAVAPAI-APACHE NATION. Must be able to communicate effectively (fluency in English is required), multi-task, organize, and deliver exceptional service to Guests. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures. Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months’ experience as a food server, required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (fluency in English is required), multi-task, organize, and deliver exceptional service to Guests.
- Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
- Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
- Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
- Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
- Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
