About The Position

The Food Server is responsible for greeting
guests as they are seated,
provides
beverages and suggests menu items and takes food orders while providing superior
guest service. Additional duties include
accepting
money and makes change,
operates POS system and keeps the server station stocked and clean at all times.
Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum two years high volume fine dining or casual dining food service experience is required
• Must be able to follow specific instructions with ability to provide excellent guest service
• Must have good grooming habits and manners
• Must be able to follow specific instructions
• Must have a valid Washington State food handler’s card
• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
• All applicants must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
• Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions
