About The Position

As a Server at our restaurants, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and impeccable service will contribute to the overall ambiance and reputation of our establishment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus and provide detailed explanations about menu items, daily specials, and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are properly communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, with attention to presentation and temperature.
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Prepare and deliver accurate bills, handle payment transactions, and provide exceptional customer service during checkout.
• Upsell menu items, specials, and club promotions to enhance the dining experience and contribute to revenue generation.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on swift resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to create a seamless and harmonious work environment.
