About The Position

Elk Grove Ford is seeking an experienced Ford Service Technician to join our busy, high-performing service department. We are looking for technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently while producing quality work and strong flat-rate hours. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to consistently produce quality flat-rate hours
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

• Ford dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications and Ford certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs
• Complete maintenance services efficiently and accurately
• Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
