About The Position

The Service Technician provides professional service and customer support by performing field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of products as needed. The role includes onsite tank installation, repair, maintenance, and testing, as well as diagnosing technical problems and identifying appropriate solutions. The technician may travel out of town or out of state for projects and is required to be on call for contaminations, marine, and spills.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to drive to various locations for necessary work.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in fuel tank installation and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Manage onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Operate a vehicle safely.
• Follow company procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.

• Build positive relationships with customers.
