About The Position

The Service Technician provides professional service and support to customers by performing field service installations, startups, repairs, and maintenance of products as needed. The role includes onsite tank installation, repair, maintenance, and testing, along with diagnosing technical problems and determining appropriate solutions. The technician may travel out of town or out of state for projects and is required to be on call for contaminations, marine work, and spills.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to drive to various locations for necessary work.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in fuel tank installation and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Manage onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Operate a vehicle safely.
• Follow company field procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
