About The Position

Elk Grove Ford is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join their high-performing service team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay may differ depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements

• Ford experience is a plus (dealership experience strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles
• Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status and needs
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures
