About The Position

Roseville Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our growing service team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are committed to quality repairs, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The flat rate pay range is $17.00 - $62.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Toyota experience and/or ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with service advisors
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures and safety guidelines
• Keep work area clean and organized
