About The Position
Toyota Knoxville currently has a position available to join our team of highly trained Service Technicians. We are committed to the training a technician needs to develop, as well as the appreciation it takes to sustain a great relationship. We provide a great learning environment for Technicians with continuing education and hands-on training.
Requirements
- ASE Certifications
- Minimum 2 years job experience required
- Must provide own tools
- Toyota Master Certification
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
- Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
- Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
