About The Position

Join our team as a Service Technician and help keep essential equipment running at peak performance. We’re looking for a skilled professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in quality workmanship. This role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heavy-duty equipment such as directional drills, trenchers, brush chippers, excavators, aerial lifts, and more. You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues using computerized tools, perform preventative maintenance, and clean, lubricate, test, and troubleshoot equipment. Additionally, you will complete service tickets, communicate repair status with customers, and potentially fill in as a Field Service Tech on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Hands-on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and time management skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with diagnostic tools.

Nice To Haves

2-5 years of experience repairing heavy equipment OR completion of a formal technical training program preferred.
Agricultural experience
CDL Class B or higher preferred

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy-duty equipment such as directional drills, trenchers, brush chippers, excavators, aerial lifts, and more.
Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues using computerized tools.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs using hand and power tools.
Clean, lubricate, test, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Complete service tickets and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate repair status with customers and collaborate with fellow technicians as needed.
Fill in as a Field Service Tech on an as needed basis.
