Responsibilities

• Complete 8 weeks of fully immersed training at the Richmond Michael and Son Technical Academy.
• Participate in on-the-job training.
• Learn the basics of the business and industry.
• Develop customer service and sales skills.
• Utilize hands-on workstations during training.
• Work with field-certified trainers.
• Transition to a learning track with rapid growth opportunities in management.
• Utilize a fully-stocked take-home service truck after training.
• Use a company cell phone and tablet for paperless ticketing and dispatching.
