About The Position

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician who will manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role offers flexible hours, the opportunity to manage your own territory, and unlimited earning potential through uncapped sales incentives. While you will work independently in the field, a strong support team and an extensive training program are provided to ensure success and help you earn necessary licenses.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.

• Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
