Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Auto, Diesel, Aircraft, or Forklift Technology.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a technical or customer service role.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing maintenance and repair on Crown equipment.
• Learn and apply diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Support senior technicians in customer service interactions.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical skills.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
