About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Service Technician II for their HVAC division in Birmingham, AL. This role is for an individual who wants to be part of a supportive team and a company that values recognition and success. Requirements

  • High school diploma, and a 2-year technical degree from a certified trade school, technical college or an accredited maintenance apprenticeship program, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal ductwork required.
  • Experience with HVAC installation required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read blueprints and lead installation projects is preferred.
  • HVAC contractor's license and EPA 608 Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Service associated plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and energy management control systems.
  • Engage clients daily to grow business relationships.
  • Utilize foresight to identify potential issues and deliver timely solutions to avert them.
