Service Technician II
About The Position
MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Service Technician II for their HVAC division in Birmingham, AL. This role is for an individual who wants to be part of a supportive team and a company that values recognition and success. Requirements
- High school diploma, and a 2-year technical degree from a certified trade school, technical college or an accredited maintenance apprenticeship program, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal ductwork required.
- Experience with HVAC installation required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to read blueprints and lead installation projects is preferred.
- HVAC contractor's license and EPA 608 Certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
- Service associated plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and energy management control systems.
- Engage clients daily to grow business relationships.
- Utilize foresight to identify potential issues and deliver timely solutions to avert them.
