As an HVAC Technician II, you will utilize advanced skills to inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, along with associated plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and energy management control systems. You will engage clients daily to grow business relationships, identify potential issues, and deliver timely solutions to ensure the best results.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, and a 2-year technical degree from a certified trade school, technical college or an accredited maintenance apprenticeship program, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal ductwork required.
  • Experience with HVAC installation required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read blueprints and lead installation projects is preferred.
  • HVAC contractor's license and EPA 608 Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Service associated plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and energy management control systems.
  • Engage clients daily to grow business relationships.
  • Use foresight to identify potential issues and deliver timely solutions to avert them.
