About The Position

Windsor Communities is seeking a Dual-Site Service Technician I to join their team, serving both Windsor South Congress (308 units) and Windsor South Lamar (340 units) in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for individuals with a can-do attitude who enjoy working with their hands and are looking to advance their careers in a growing company. Previous experience in fields such as custodial, janitorial, or porter work is welcomed. Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Basic computer skills and smart phone use.
Ability to take direction and work independently through task completion.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office.
Assist with weather related cleanup as needed.
Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.
Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance.
Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects.
Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
