About The Position

General Services Corporation is hiring a Service Technician I to help maintain an apartment community. The role supports upkeep of community buildings, hallways, breezeways, amenities, and apartments, and assists the maintenance staff. The technician is expected to report repair issues and provide excellent customer service to residents.

The posting offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance, and must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
